DocuFire is ideally suited for both individual and batch printing of invoices, statements, orders, etc. When Batch Printing Invoices (Day End), DocuFire can automatically combine them into a single job.  We then group them by Customer Account for expedited Email and Fax Transmittal. If you process multiple Invoices for the same Customer, you will see the benefits of a happy customer when you send them a single email with all their Invoices vs. sending multiple individual emails. You can also choose by Customer whether to combine all the invoices into a single PDF or individual PDF attachments.

For Account Statements, DocuFire can automatically attach all the outstanding invoice copies listed on the statement and include them in the email, fax or mail correspondence. Thats right, simply print your Account Statement or Overdue Notices run to DocuFire, press Attach Invoices button and voila, no more calls about send me this and that, over! Distribution Lists allow you to setup multiple recipients by Customer and Document type. DocuFire can create a permanent distribution list and email, cc, fax and print to as many recipients as required.
