No problem, DocuFire ships with a built-in visual template editor allowing you to adapt DocuFire to ANY custom report modifications.
What happens when I upgrade Pro?
Nothing typically, Docufire uses a database connection to the Customer and Vendor masters and those tables rarely change. And if they do DocuFire would simply publish a revised connector.
Does the Sage Pro Connector cost extra?
No, everything is included.
Does DocuFire adapt to the Pro system database design?
Yes, DocuFire intefaces to syccomp and adapts dynamically to databases and names.
What Pro databases are supported?
Support for Pro systems running on Visual FoxPro (vfp oledb) and Microsoft SQL are now shipping. Support for DB2 and SQLAnywhere is planned, and if you require the integration now, contact customer service and we can expedite your service request.
Backward Compatibility?
DocuFire Connectors were designed and tested on Pro 7.4. DocuFire should work with all past versions of Pro Series back to 3.2.
